Musing......

It's like nothing has changed...

and time has forsaken us.


After all this time,
I have still yet to learn that it is impossible to encapture everything that I love.
Still yet to learn that some things are meant to be short-lived;
it is such,
which makes the moment magical.


And,
as a result,
how many of these magical moments have i squandered away,
while trying in vain to ensnare that elusive perfect memento ?


Only time can reveal the things truly worth remembering;
But, by then, we would have missed that moment,
in pursuit of what we now realize
was just nothing but a silly, meaningless frivolity.


Only by giving way, can we make space for more.
Something has to go.
